Why work with Caryl?
I am a proud, funky and free New Zealander, living in Switzerland already for several years. My career and personal life have always focused on working with people of all ages, stages, abilities, and cultures. I believe that all people have a valued role to play in our society . My job is to help you as my client, to remember and celebrate your strengths, to fulfil your potential by facing your fears, and to encourage compassion for your self and others. In this way you will find and develop new ways to move forwards with confidence.
Celebrating life within coaching is my speciality. My clients tell me, that they enjoy my upbeat positive attitude in combination with my ability to encourage them when the going gets tough - to stick with it till they can again see the light at the end of tunnel. Caryl makes me feel supported as I figure out whatever I bring her way, whether big or small. She's funny, kind, and honest in the way you wish more people in your life would be. She helps me see things that I wouldn't see myself and helps me find answers I didn't know I had. I've laughed and I've cried in our sessions, but I always leave knowing that I've moved forward in my journey.

The crown symbolizes feeling unity, it is full of grace and an elegant design , it is an older mature style, there is a feeling of strength and support , a balance of masculine – and feminine energy, the background is white representing peace and the design is in gold representing feeling worthy.
If the term ‘ Braveheart ‘ resonates with you, there is already something within you that is calling you forward. I believe that we all have a brave heart, often it has been lost due to all sorts of different reasons. If the time is right , it will be my pleasure to accompany you on your journey back home, to your original brave heart. The focus will not be on making you into someone new, rather you will be rediscovering and getting in touch with your original courageous and confident self.
